What we collect

Account and identity: email, password (hashed), display name, legal full name, date of birth, phone (if provided), postal address, country. Membership and seats: seat requests, strategy table, staking plan %, Working Bank figures you record, Internal Working Bank path, fee and invoice status, waitlist position. Guidance and activity: qualifiers delivered to your seats, optional “I traded / skipped” flags, optional actual stake/odds you log. Communications: emails we send (confirmation, guidance notices, admin messages) and related logs. Technical: IP address, browser/user agent, security and authentication logs, cookie identifiers as described in the Cookies policy.

What we do not hold

We do not hold your exchange wallet balance or take custody of stake money. We do not need your Betfair password. Exchange trading remains between you and the exchange.

Purposes and lawful bases

Provide the website and account (contract / legitimate interests). Deliver seats, guidance, and fees (contract). Age and fraud checks, security, and misuse prevention (legitimate interests / legal obligation where applicable). Invoices, tax, and accounting (legal obligation / contract). Improve the service and publish aggregated, non-identifying performance (legitimate interests). Marketing only where allowed (consent or soft opt-in where applicable — you can object).

Confidential product data

Qualifier and guidance data are confidential commercial information as well as potentially linked to your account. We process them to run your seat. You must not disclose them externally (see Terms).

Sharing

We may share data with: infrastructure and email providers under contract; professional advisers; IFA / introducer partners where you are introduced through them and sharing is needed for fees or onboarding; regulators or law enforcement when required; a buyer of the business under suitable protections. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

If providers process data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards (for example UK IDTA / standard contractual clauses) where required.

Retention

Account and seat records are kept while you have an account and for a period afterwards for fees, disputes, tax, and legal claims (typically up to 6 years for financial records, or longer if required). Server logs are kept for a shorter operational period unless needed for security investigations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Use Account → Personal data tools where available, or email privacy. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to resolve concerns first.

Children

The service is 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this statement; the date above will change. Significant changes may also be notified in-product or by email.
