Agreement

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of use, our Data protection statement, and our Cookies policy. If you request or hold a seat, you also agree to the Members’ rules and any seat, fee, and risk documents we publish. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What investorbet is (and is not)

investorbet is a boutique strategy desk: research, published modelled tracks under stated rules, and rules-based guidance for members who reserve seats at strategy tables. Members keep their own money and place their own trades on an exchange (for example Betfair). We do not hold client money, we are not a fund, pooled investment vehicle, or discretionary portfolio manager, and we do not place trades on your behalf. Guidance is information and recommendation under published rules — not personalised investment advice and not a guarantee of profit.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally able to use betting exchanges / gambling products in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local law. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel accounts or seats where we reasonably believe you are ineligible or in breach.

Accounts and seats

You must provide accurate registration and billing details (including legal name and address where requested). Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Seat fees, success fees, waitlists, locks, and renewals follow the published commercial rules (see Members’ rules / How we charge). We may change fees prospectively with notice as described in those rules.

Confidentiality — what you must not disclose

Seat-holders receive confidential product information, including daily or night-before qualifiers (runners, races, suggested stakes, and related guidance). You must not share, publish, sell, forward, or otherwise disclose that guidance or any qualifier detail to anyone who is not entitled to it under your seat. Sharing can harm starting prices for the table and is grounds for immediate removal without refund of unused seat time, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights. Strategy criteria, unpublished research methods, and internal tools are likewise confidential.

What you may share

You may tell others that you are a member of investorbet, describe the product at a high level (boutique seats, rules-based guidance, you keep your own money), and point people to the public website. You may discuss your own results in general terms without revealing specific qualifiers, runners, or stake instructions for live or upcoming races. There is no member refer-a-friend scheme and no member referral code. IFA / professional introducer arrangements are separate and governed by partner terms.

Published figures and Strategies

Strategies pages, brochures, and stress figures are track records under stated assumptions — not forecasts. Past performance is not a guide to future results. Edges can change. Your live outcome will differ if you skip, resize, miss, or trade away from the recommended path.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (including scraping confidential areas, attacking security, creating fake accounts, or using the service to circumvent seat caps or stake collars/caps). Automated access to member-only qualifier data is forbidden except tools we expressly provide.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, research presentation, PDFs, and software interfaces are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the site for personal membership purposes. You may not copy or redistribute confidential guidance.

Third-party services

Exchanges, banks, email, and similar services are independent of us. Their terms and availability are outside our control. We are not responsible for exchange fills, BSP publication delays, outages, or your tax treatment.

No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or regulated investment advice. If you use an IFA, suitability remains between you and that adviser. Gambling and exchange trading involve risk of loss.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we exclude liability for loss of profits, loss of Working Bank or exchange stakes, indirect or consequential loss, and loss arising from reliance on published tracks or guidance as a forecast. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our aggregate liability arising from the website (excluding seat contracts, which may have their own limits) is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for website-only access in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, non-payment, or operational/security reasons. Seat commercial consequences follow Members’ rules and any written seat terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance for website use. Seat fee changes follow the commercial rules.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
