Requesting a seat
How do I request a seat?
On Strategies, open the table you want and choose Request a seat. Read the Members’ rules, the fee policy and the Terms of use, confirm you have reviewed the strategy sheet, then submit a username (alias), legal name, date of birth, address, mobile, email and password. Legal details are for billing and seat records and stay editable under Your details. We confirm availability and send a payment request. Seat allocation, renewal, and waitlist-offer payments are by bank transfer only. Once paid, guidance starts the same day if payment is before 11:00 UK, otherwise the next day. Qualifiers are not linear — many on one day, none on another — as a normal part of the modelling. Waiting list: the highest on the list is a formal bid. If they do not pay by bank transfer within 7 days, they are removed from the waitlist. The next person is then offered at their own bid (not the previous bidder’s), still subject to the minimum at that date — each gets the same 7 days. Equal bids: longer lock preferred; if still equal, first registered. Tables show waitlist depth and the current highest bid (for example: “Waitlist for this table: N; current highest bid: £X per month for Y years”, with totals incl. VAT). The top bidder may not pay (and will be removed), and seats may free when people leave — so a lower bid can still succeed.
How do I leave?
Seats are prepaid annual allocations (1, 3 or 5 year lock for founders). Prepaid locks: no automatic refund on early leave. If we refill your seat, you may receive a partial refund of the unused prepaid period (subject to seat terms; introducer commission on refunded amounts is not retained). Closing a seat does not erase that seat’s Internal Working Bank high-water mark; any due success fee may still be settled within 6 months of close. Leaving stops new guidance on that seat; your Working Bank was always yours — we hold none of it.
